Ok, we finally have (1) power and (2) Internet connection (though that's a little wonky still). I thought I'd put up some pics of last week's storm fallout. Our neighborhood was one of the harder hit, for some reason - though we got our power back within 48 hours, unlike some folks. Yay ComEd!

I have never been so happy we have a garage... (no, that's not our car!)

This is the street one down from our place. It wasn't cleared off until Monday (the storm was Thursday). There were a LOT of trees and branches down, at least around here.
