Last day of Trier
Just a few more random sights around the city of Trier...
An example of the housing in central Trier. Just off to the left of this picture is a wonderful restaurant/wine bar. Great food. They do a "traditional" Roman menu, too, but we didn't get a chance to try that.
A shot of the cathedral in Trier. Nowhere near as big or grand as the one in Koln, but still pretty impressive.

Looking down a lovely lawn (reminded us of Versailles on a smaller scale) toward what looks like a manor house but was actually a government building (Palace of the Elector, I think).
