Decisions...

I'm in the market for a new computer. My current computer is making mysterious signals that probably foreshadow its demise, and I'd like to make the switch before then.

The only question remaining is: PC or Mac? And if Mac, when? (Has anyone heard anything about the rumors of a New and Improved iMac coming out?)
