Goals!
A new goal - running a 5K on April 22. :-) We ran a local 5K last fall, and had a great deal of fun doing so... and since we can't really do martial arts now, we've taken up running as the best way to stay in shape. It'll take some adjusting - but the 5Ks should help motivate us!
