Triumph!
Today was a day of triumphs! We spent most of the day fixing things around the house. Two major projects: replacing the toilet "innards" for the downstairs bathroom and replacing the kitchen faucet (they were both leaking).
It took us about 4 hours to do both projects (and clean up) not including the trip to Home Depot. And only one trip to Home Depot - which is a victory in and of itself!
Next on the list is probably planning a job we won't be doing ourselves - remodeling the downstairs bathroom altogether. But you never know what might come up!

I am seriously impressed with the only-on-trip part! Especially with plumbing, you usually find you need a new flange or seal or o-ring right as you're putting the whole thing back together.
But it's certainly nice to cross suff off the to-do list, isn't it?
